Bikes for Kids

Thanks to the donors and volunteers of TurningWheels for Kids, Family & Children Services received 26 new bicycles for children and youth we serve whose families cannot afford bikes for their kids.
The bicycles we received were given to children from two through fifteen years of age. For most of the children, this was their first bicycle. TurningWheels for Kids provided safety books for the young recipients and helmets for all ages.
It was such a joy for us to bring huge smiles to the faces of children and parents alike. This was our third year of collaboration with TurningWheels for Kids, and we look forward to creating more smiles in 2012.
